Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist
(Part-time, Private-School Therapy Position in Windemere, FL)

What We Are Looking For:
☑️ Must have Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology & AHSA CCCs
☑️ Fl Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
☑️ Must be able to meet the Schedule Requirements
☑️ Must have at least 2 years experience in the field
☑️ Strong interest, passion, or experience in Feeding, Dyslexia, and Speech Therapy

Job Description: We are excited to invite an enthusiastic and skilled Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dedicated team. This role focuses on delivering engaging 1-on-1 in-person therapy in the child's academic setting. We provide pediatric clients with a range of needs including speech and language delays, pragmatics, pediatric feeding, dyslexia, and dysgraphia. Your role will be pivotal in fostering meaningful progress through personalized, research-based treatments utilizing state-of-the-art technology.

Key Responsibilities:
☑️ Conduct evaluations and provide treatment for a part-time caseload via 1-on-1, in-person therapy.
☑️ Engage children in fun, therapeutic activities tailored to their interests and developmental needs.
☑️ Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to extend therapy benefits beyond sessions.
☑️ Maintain timely documentation including treatment notes and detailed reports.

Schedule:
☑️ Starting around 10-15 hours and increasing as the caseload grows
☑️ Immediate need for 2+ days a week for in-person therapy

What We Offer:
☑️ Competitive hourly pay: $47.00 - $55.00, based on experience.
☑️ Benefits package including 401(k), flexible schedule, paid time off, professional development assistance, and a referral program.
☑️ A W2 position with compensation for no-shows and separate billable rates for evaluations.

Qualifications:
☑️ Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Required).
☑️ ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
☑️ Licensed in the State of Florida and must reside within the state.
